Information about the individual product:
The elastic band with loops of different sizes - numbered 1 to 8 - with the outer two loops (1, 2, 7 and 8) being comfortably large at 16.5 cm. are so that you can climb through the loops even with shoes, while the middle loops (3, 4 and 5) are 10 cm long each. Overall, the band is 110 cm long and 4 cm wide and is ideal for strength building, muscle training or stretching.
All important muscle groups are trained: arms, back, buttocks. ß, chest, thighs, stomach... With 10 kg resistance strength, the band is suitable for beginners and trained athletes.
The following always applies here: the more you stretch the band, the more you stretch it. The execution is more intense and demanding, with the band continually deforming back to its original extent.
