Here you get the multi elastic band with 15 kg resistance for advanced resistance training athletes.
The elastic band with loops of different sizes - numbered 1 to 8 - with the outer two loops (1, 2, 7 and 8) being comfortably large at 16.5 cm. are so that you can climb through the loops even with shoes, while the middle loops (3, 4 and 5) are 10 cm long each. Overall, the band is 110 cm long and 4 cm wide and is ideal for strength building, muscle training or stretching.

Die etwas längeren Multi - Bänder bieten mehr Trainingsmöglichkeiten als die "Normalen". Wir haben sie seit ca. 8 Jahren ständig im Einsatz, schon mehrfach in der Waschmaschine bei 30° gewaschen und sie haben nur wenig von ihrer Elastizität eingebüßt. Sie sind auf jeden Fall viel haltbarer als Alternativen aus Latex oder Gummi und lassen sich auch besser greifen.
