The Elastiband SOFT trains all important muscle groups: arms, back, buttocks, chest, thighs, stomach... and with its powerful 7kg pulling force, it offers the option of building up or maintaining strength again with very little resistance.
The elastic band, numbered 1 to 8 on the 8 handle loops, is ideal for muscle training or stretching.
The more you stretch the band, the more demanding the execution is ;hearing. The exercise poster in the download contains 36 exercise suggestions for your training.

Ich habe für eine Gymnastikgruppe bestellt und die Ware war gleich am nächsten Tag da, deshalb die 5 Sterne. Leider waren es die falschen Bänder. Ich habe sie zurück geschickt und hoffe, dass die Vorauskasse auf das PayPal Konto zurück überwiesen wird.
