The original Pezzi Ritmica are balls that are primarily intended for rhythmic gymnastics, as easy catching and good bounce properties are guaranteed .
But the balls can be used excellently not only in rhythmic gymnastics, but also in fascia training. With the help of the ball, fascial adhesions and tension can be released. It offers an optimal support surface for both the lumbar spine and the gluteal muscles and can be used equally well for the neck muscles or stretching the chest muscles.
