The Original Pezzi Therapy Ball was specially developed for massage (including self-massage). Thanks to the elastic, dynamically yielding, latex-free material (with a diameter of 9 cm), the Therapy Ball rolls comfortably over the tissue, even protruding bones are smoothly 'rolled over'.
No matter whether tense muscles or stuck fascia, with the original Pezzi Therapy Ball allows you to reach trigger points that a fascia roller cannot reach.

Use as a fascia ball:
Standing with your back to the wall, position the ball at shoulder height between your body and the wall. Now move the ball horizontally, vertically or in a circle over the entire back area .
Instead of moving against the wall, the exercise can also be carried out lying down. When lying on your back, the ball is placed back at shoulder height and moved by lifting or moving the pelvis sideways.

Foot mobilization :
Put weight on the ball with your foot and playfully work with the dynamics of the ball. Or roll the balls with your forefoot while sitting with your heels on or or... Advanced users can stand with one foot on both balls and feel the mobilization in the foot area by shifting their weight.
The original Pezzi Therapy balls can be used through&nbsp ;the dynamic yielding can help with problems with the plantar fascia (sole of the foot).

Tactile perception:
The grooves on the surface and the alternating smooth and slightly uneven surfaces can be traced with your fingers. The surface provides a very  pleasant massage effect and addresses the receptors under the skin.

Hand therapy:
Forearm muscles and finger strength are improved by simply kneading the balls.

Rhythm training:
Dynamically load and unload the ball with your feet through dance movements.

Ball size: 9-12 cm
The massage effect depends on the diameter achieved - the more air there is in the ball, the harder the ball becomes and the more intense the massage effect. The balls have the greatest momentum with a diameter of 9 cm (the balls are delivered with this diameter). A ball that is inflated to a diameter of 12 cm is extremely hard and therefore has more bounce, but is also robbed of its own momentum.  The pump you need is a pump with a needle valve. The valve always  moisten it to make it easier to insert. As soon as you insert the needle valve into the ball without a pump, you can reduce the ball diameter again.

Cleaning & Care: Clean with water and mild soap. Remove stubborn stains with diluted alcohol.
