The Most Wanted combination includes 3 tubes with different resistances at an unbeatable savings price:

Tip: It often makes more sense to repeat an exercise more often with lower resistance than to push yourself to the limits with high resistance .
Be smart with it the different resistances and 'play' with the resistances, the aim is not to tear the tube, but rather to build up the resistance again and again and, ideally, to actively give in to the resistance again.
