Why should I choose a tube with rigid handles?
Rigid handles are more hygienic because sweat can simply be wiped off. In addition, they often offer a more direct power transmission and do not wear out as quickly as soft foam.
How do I best care for the tube?
Avoid direct sunlight (UV light) and heat (radiators), as natural latex can become brittle. You can simply wipe the handles with a damp cloth. Lightly dusting the rubber band with baby powder every now and then keeps it supple for a long time.
Is the tube suitable for people with latex allergies?
The band is made of natural latex. In case of a severe latex allergy, we recommend special latex-free alternatives or training with gloves/long-sleeved clothing to avoid skin contact with the tubing (the handles themselves are made of plastic).
