Rubber bands are the ultimate small training devices that fit in every pocket and can be used to train at any level. Suitable for isometric and isotonic strength exercises for rehabilitation through to professional sports. You just have to choose the right resistance.
The Rubber Band is a flat, closed rubber band. Excellent for strength exercises, ideal for stretching, floor work and stomach-legs-butt training and it can be used anywhere!!

Which resistance should I choose?
The choice of resistance should be based on the exercise and your own color ;abilities must be adapted. The goal is not to 'tear' the band, but rather to train in a measured manner: give in to the resistance in a timely manner and then build it up again and always be aware of the color or resistance choice of the Rubber-O.
Our recommendation: definitely have all 3 resistances at the start, then you can train functionally and intelligently. This means that even the strongest can work with the lightest resistance...
Three different resistances are available.
Yellow - der The lightest resistance is ideal in the rehabilitation area, for young people or absolute beginners.
Red - the medium resistance is the most commonly used toner for strength training and in the fitness area.
Green- the strongest resistance is for the trained fitness cracks among you.
