The Dittmann needle stimulation mat/acupressure mat offers a simple therapy option for acute and chronic pain in the spine and extremities.
A lack of natural stimuli can be a contributing factor to various chronic diseases. In addition, individuals' attitudes towards their illness have led to a change in preferred therapies. The needle stimulation mat represents a sensible attempt to counteract the consequences of a lack of stimulation through dosed, natural stimuli. It is advisable to use the needle stimulation mat as a supplementary therapy to other therapeutic procedures (Brenke 1998).
