Which resistance do I choose?The choice of resistance should be tailored to the exercise and your own abilities. The goal is not to 'tear' the band, but rather to train in a measured manner: give in to the resistance in good time and then build it up again and always be aware of the color or resistance choice of the Rubber-O.

Three different resistances are available.
Yellow - the lightest resistance is ideal in the rehabilitation area, for young people or absolute beginners suitable.
Red - the medium resistance is the most used toner for strength training and in the fitness area.
Green - the strongest resistance is for the trained fitness cracks among you.
