Diese Therapieknete wurde mir nach einem Bruch empfohlen. Die Handhabung ist trotz der Bezeichnung „leicht“ noch etwas anstrengend. Gut wäre es, wenn eine Anleitung für Übungen mit der Knete dabei sein könnte.
