For adults drumming while standing (the ball rests in the base on the floor), we usually recommend balls with a 65 cm or 75 cm diameter so you don't have to bend down too far. If you drum while seated, 55 cm or 65 cm is often sufficient.

Won't the ball break from the wooden sticks?

No, the Original Pezzi Standard ball is made of a very tough, thick plastic. As long as the drumsticks have no sharp splinters or edges, the ball easily withstands the strikes during normal cardio drumming.

Can I also use the ball normally for sitting?
