The Original Franklin Balls are mainly used for mobilizing the joints and activating the muscles. In addition, a cupping effect triggered by the depressions supports the stimulation of the skin and the underlying tissue. By standing on the balls, sensorimotor skills and coordination are trained.

The Franklin equipment was specially developed for the movement theory of the same name. The Franklin Method works with ideokinesis and imagination, is based on mindfulness, involves fascia training and combines all of this with experienced anatomy, movement and touch.
Note: The material of the original Franklin balls stretches after some time under heavy use. As the material expands, the balls become softer. These can then be inflated again as desired using a ball pump with a needle valve. The original Franklin balls can be cleaned with a gentle detergent. Please do not use disinfectants, but clean with water and dry well, as the ball surface can be damaged and become brittle more quickly!
