With the tilting disc in combination with the Build N'Balance® Top 10, tilting and also saving can start straight away:
The tilting disc only works in conjunction with the Top 10 (yellow and 10 cm high) or with the Top 24, as here (red and 24 cm high). It consists of two robust plastic parts that are connected by a strong, movable rubber element that moves when your body weight is shifted. This combination promotes depth perception, body awareness and concentration.
