The grippy Overball from Gymnic is the classic among the inflatable, soft vinyl balls.
The popular ball scores particularly well with its wide range of uses, ranging from seniors to water aerobics, from learning to fish to Pilates balls or even from children's gymnastics to pelvic floor training ;right through to use in rehabilitation and therapy.
Since the Over-Ball is light as a feather and soft, there is practically no risk of injury and the exercises for strengthening the spinal muscles and mobilization of the vertebral joints can be carried out in a pleasant way. Children are not afraid of the soft ball and can catch the ball easily thanks to the slightly dimpled surface - a good basis for coordination and motor skills exercises with children.
