With this combination you not only save money, you also buy the 4 feet, 4 coordination rods, 4 retaining clips and 2 coordination flat tires many training options.
The feet allow you to set up the coordination bars vertically and then link the tires and the connecting clips together. The tires can be installed both vertically and horizontally in your parkour. So you can jump from one hoop to the next with your feet or use your body to jump through the vertically attached hoops. The retaining clips help you link your course together every time. They are extremely robust and ensure fixed holding positions. Depending on what you want to train, you can design your own individual agility course!
