Build a training course out of training hurdles - you can jump over them sideways or head-on - in any case, agility and targeted footwork are required. With the classic 'one leg training', demanding balance training is also required.
- One hurdle and 2 heights (2in1): The click mechanism allows the hurdle feet to be rotated 180 degrees and thus 2 optional heights:
24 cm height or 30 cm height - Setting up width approx. 47 cm, depth approx. 30 cm (ground support of the hurdle feet)
- Material: Robust but lightweight PVC pipe
- Slight tilt pointt and thus minimizes the risk of injury
- For space-saving, flat storage or transport, the feet can be folded 90 degrees inwards crosswise
