The Balance Hedgehog (also known as Stepping Stone or Half Ball) is a simple yet versatile balance tool. You can train your stability by standing on it and trying to keep your balance without falling.
It becomes even more exciting when you use multiple hedgehogs to create a barefoot or sensory path. This way, you not only practice maintaining balance on one hedgehog but also increase the challenge by balancing from one to another – without touching the ground.
