Strengthen your balance and your body awareness, the half hedgehog balls with stimulating nubs are a versatile balance device.
You can with the balance hedgehog (also called Stepping Stone or Hedgehog) train your stability by simply standing on the device. This activity becomes particularly exciting if you use several hedgehogs and put them together to form an exercise course like a barefoot path or sensory path, so you increase the challenge and at the same time emphasize the playful character.
You can have a lot of fun Motor skills are developed, trained and maintained.
Your feet will gratefully accept the solo use for an active foot massage while sitting as very pleasant.
In team sports, the balance hedgehogs can also be used to set markings for e.g. slalom runs.

Die halben Igelbälle habe ich zur unterstützenden Behandlung meiner Polyneuropathie bestellt. Sehr erfreut war ich, dass sie schon einen Tag nach Bestellung bei mir in München ankamen. Probleme bereitet mir allerdings die Härte der Noppen und des gesamten Halbballs. Ich kann mich nur mit Hilfe von mehreren Tüchern auf die Halbbälle stellen, weil sie mir sonst zu wehtun. Meine Frage ist nun, ob ich mit einen dünnen Gegenstand (z. B. Schraubenzieher) etwas Luft rauslassen kann? Herzlichen Dank im Voraus für Ihre Antwort. Karin KREUtzberg
