The Balance Hedgehog (also called Stepping Stone or Hedgehog) is a simple but versatile balancing device. With it you can train your stability by simply standing on the device and trying to maintain your footing and not lose your balance.
This activity becomes particularly exciting if you use several hedgehogs and combine them to form an exercise course like a barefoot path or sensory path. Not only do you try to keep your balance on a hedgehog, but you also increase the challenge by balancing from one hedgehog to the other - without falling off. Motor skills are developed and improved while having a lot of fun.
The massage effect that you get by walking over the knobbed structure is particularly welcome.
But the Balance Hedgehog also offers you a recommended, pleasant experience on its own while you sit. Foot massage.
