Kawanyo gymnastics rings set
The gymnastics rings are still familiar from school days, but today the gym rings are used specifically for bodyweight training. You work exclusively with your own body weight; classic exercises such as dips, muscle ups or pull-ups reach a whole new level of effectiveness with the gymnastics rings set.
Through the gymnastics rings comes an instability in the exercise, which you have to compensate for with increased effort and greater coordination performance.
With the 4.5 m long straps included in the scope of delivery, you have the option of either to train your 'unstable' push-ups close to the ground or you can shorten the straps and use the rings for your pull-up training.
