The OLIVER Prime Pump is a complete set , consisting of a bar, weight plates (28 mm bore) and spring clips. Thanks to the different weights, the barbell allows you to have a constructive whole-body workout. With exercises such as squats, lunges, deadlifts or You can use the bench press to specifically target all muscle groups such as triceps, biceps, shoulders, chest, legs and back. The simple, quick change of the weights guarantees you a fluid workout.
The additional plus of the weight plates are the two symmetrical interventions, they enable the use of the weight plates as individual weights with a secure grip option. Exercises such as lateral raises or arm curls - you are guaranteed to have the right weight unit for your training needs.
In order to incorporate even more variations into your training, in addition to the 'normal' free weight training, you can use other equipment such as a step, Combine Oliver Tex-O bands or the original Pezzi® PROmaxafe.
