The Rubber-O All in One combination contains one band per resistance, so a total of 5 bands. Which resistance do I choose ?
The choice of resistance should be tailored to the exercise and your own abilities, and not every muscle in the body is equally strong. Therefore: For optimal training results, bands of different strengths are necessary.
The goal is not to 'tear' the band, but rather to train in a measured manner: give in to the resistance in a timely manner and build it up again while being aware of the resistance. by choosing the color or resistance of the Rubber-O.
Here you have all the resistances right at the start, so you can train functionally and intelligently.
