If you love your exercise ball and use it a lot, pump it up every now and then, just like with a bike. And at some point the plug is gone, no longer properly sealed, completely tattered... in any case, a replacement is needed, the ball still works well. There are plenty of replacement plugs in this set. And if your ball pump doesn't have the right attachment for the ball valve - the right adapter is included in the set.
