Product information "Original Pezzi® Compact Medicine Ball – Water-Filled Weighted Ball"
Dynamic training powered by fluid resistance! The Original Pezzi® Compact Medicine Ball sets itself apart from traditional medicine balls through its key feature: a specialized internal water filling. This liquid core creates a dynamic inertial effect, challenging deep core muscles during every throw, catch, and rotation. Paired with an extraordinarily grippy, soft-touch surface, it is the ideal weight ball for physical therapy, rehabilitation, functional fitness, and core workouts.
Key Highlights at a Glance
- Innovative Water Filling: Liquid motion continually forces your stabilizing core muscles to adjust during movement.
- 2 kg Versatile Weight: Perfect choice for moderate endurance work, Pilates routines, functional fitness, and progressive physical therapy.
- Non-Slip Tactile Surface: Soft, skin-friendly surface texture guarantees a firm grip even during sweaty workouts.
- Joint-Friendly Catching: Softly absorbs impact to protect wrist, elbow, and shoulder joints.
