The replacement tubes for the Gymstick 2.0 can be used as a replacement but can also be used without the gymstick stick as independent tubing (the loop then offers the handle option)
Five color-coded resistance levels can be selected:
- 1 - 10 kg resistance - green (light): for older people and rehabilitation
- 1 - 15 kg resistance - blue (medium): for women and teenagers
- 1 - 20 kg resistance - black (strong): for trained teenagers , women and men
- 1 - 25 kg resistance - silver (extra strong): for well-trained men and athletes
- 1 - 30 kg resistance - gold (maximum strength): for professionals< br>
!!Please note that for each color by winding the tubing over the Fiberglass rod the resistance can be increased or reduced. Je The shorter the length of the tubing, the higher the resistance.
IMPORTANT: always choose the right color for the gym stick, otherwise the stability of the bar cannot be guaranteed is.
