Ich kannte die Rolle von meinem Training in der Reha Medizin der MHH Medizinische Hochschule Hannover und wusste deshalb welche Haette ich brauche. Einer des Teams dort hatte mir das Sportlaedchen für die Bestellung empfohlen. Ich nutze die Rolle fuer eine Rueckenbalance-Uebung.
