Tut, was es soll. Angenehmes Material (nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich, sehr stabil), qualitativ hochwertig verarbeitet, riecht nicht und die Länge von 100 cm ist bei einer Körpergröße von ca. 1,72 cm für mich perfekt. Die Übungen lassen sich mit der Rolle sehr gut durchführen. Auch die Farbe (Anthrazit) gefällt mir sehr gut und ist so zurückhaltend, dass die Rolle im Wohnbereich nicht stört.
