The Abmat can be used in rehabilitation & Therapy and your abdominal muscle workout. The shape corresponds to the natural curvature of the spine, so that tension in the back can be relieved during training. The Abmat increases the range of motion during various abdominal exercises. In principle, it is possible to use both sides, so the underside supports your abdominal exercises.
Due to the EPE foam, the AbMat is particularly dampening.
