10 kg resistance and 5 handle loops of 22 cm Length for easy passage of shoes. It trains all important muscle groups: arms, back, buttocks, chest, thighs, stomach...
The elastic band is numbered with the numbers 1 to 5 on the 5 handle loops - an ideal tool for ;r muscle training or stretching.
The more you stretch the band, the more demanding the execution is.
