The multi elastic band with 10 kg resistance is suitable for beginners and somewhat advanced athletes.
The elastic band with loops of different sizes - numbered 1 to 8 - with the outer two loops (1, 2, 7 and 8) being comfortably large at 16.5 cm. are so that you can climb through the loops even with shoes, while the middle loops (3, 4 and 5) are 10 cm long each. Overall, the band is 110 cm long and 4 cm wide and is ideal for strength building, muscle training or stretching.

Wir verwenden diese Bänder schon seit über drei Jahren im Verein. Es handelte sich hier um eine Zusatzbestellung. Das Band ist im Gesundheitssport vielseitig einsetzbar. Die Teilnehmenden mögen die Haptik und die einfachere Handhabung im Vergleich zu Latexbändern.
