The set for beginners, teenagers or for slowly building strength in therapy.
When assembled, the barbell set weighs 8 kg, but of course you can also start with a smaller weight unit:
Either
only with the barbell bar (1kg), or topped up with the small ones
blue discs you are at 2kg or just with the two yellow discs
you train with 3kg. With yellow and blue... etc. until finally everyone
Discs with the barbell bar result in 8 kg.
Thanks to the
Quick releases allow you to quickly change between weights without
a lot of effort possible. The weight plates are rubber coated and stuff
