With the Slam Ball you can target many muscle groups at the same time, complete a demanding workout and really work yourself out!
Thanks to the structured surface, it has Ball has a lot of grip. Furthermore, the ball cannot be bounced because it is filled with sand, so it remains on the ground after being thrown. In addition, the Slam Ball can be inflated at any time using a valve and can therefore be optimally adapted to the various exercises during training.
