What looks like a simple workout turns out to be a strenuous but very effective full-body workout. Exercises such as lying or side supports become an unusual challenge thanks to the freely hanging loops and handles.

Beim Einhängen an der Tür reicht der Slingtrainer nicht weit genug zum Boden. Übungen im Liege- oder Unterarmstütz sind so nicht möglich. Verlängerungsmöglichkeit wäre gut. Habe mir eine eigene Verlängerung "gebastelt". Das ist aber auch der einzige Punkt, der zu bemängeln ist.
