The Rubber Band is a flat, closed rubber band. Excellent for a variety of strength exercises, ideal for stretching, floor work and abs-legs-butt training and it can be used anywhere!! Can be used particularly effectively for strengthening the thigh, buttocks, upper shoulder and shoulder and upper arm muscles. It also promotes training of the triceps.
The pleasantly wide design allows for more comfort in use: no constriction or twisting or knotting during your workout.
Which resistance should I choose?
The choice of resistance should be adapted to the exercise and your own abilities. The goal is not to 'tear' the band, but rather to train in a measured manner: give in to the resistance in a timely manner and then build it up again and always be aware of the color or resistance choice of the rubber be.
