The small triggers can help you release tension yourself in everyday life, in the office, while traveling or at home on the sofa. Pain points can be triggered while sitting, lying down or standing. Longer targeted pressure can help relieve pain if used regularly.
Two sizes allow it to be used at a wide variety of points.
