The campus strips are each notched or positively undercut on one side and on the other side straight. If you remount the bar, a sloping angle results. This allows different levels of difficulty to be derived. Thanks to the pre-drilled holes, the strips can be screwed on quickly and easily and are part of the standard training equipment of almost all professional climbers. A simple but effective addition to any climbing training.

When training on the campus board, you shimmy with the help of 2 wooden sticks up and down the board or sideways to the right or left. The rods are inserted into the next hole one after the other with one hand and you hold on for a short time with just one arm.
