The small, soft and dynamic therapy ball is part of the basic equipment of every physio and ergo practice. Patients are professionally instructed by the therapists so that they can practice the exercises independently at home, in the office or when traveling.
In times of smartphones and tablets, many people suffer from shortened hand muscles, even when working for hours on the computer The training of the hand muscles should be geared towards grip strength and mobility: Gel balls on the desk offer a high level of stimulation in order to provide the fingers and the entire hand muscles with a welcome change every now and then.
Use in rehabilitation and therapy focuses on treatment after fractures, paralysis or loss of the hand or fingers, which occurs particularly after strokes. The small gel balls can also help treat diseases such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, osteoathritis or RSI syndrome (colloquially known as mouse arm).
In addition to effective training, the Dittmann Gel Ball can also be used as an anti-stress ball. Kneading the balls offers the practical opportunity to reduce negative feelings and stress.
Thanks to the handy size (approx. 5 cm diameter) the ball can fit in every bag and can be used at any time and can be used anywhere.

- Design:4 different strengths to choose from
The Dittmann Hand Exerciser is available in four colors - the respective color is linked to the corresponding level of difficulty. The choice of color decides how high the resistance is and how high the effort has to be to push the ball. You should make sure that the resistance is not too strong for you:
Yellow (extra light) - The lowest intensity gives way when pressed, the perfect introduction to finger and hand training for inexperienced people.
Red (light) - Anyone who has already gained initial experience in training the hand muscles can increase the training intensity with the red ball.
Green ( medium) - The green ball offers significantly stronger resistance, making it suitable for advanced users to further build up already strengthened hand muscles.
Blue (strong) - The highest This level is recommended for very well-trained hands with a lot of strength in the fingers and forearms.
Tip: True to the motto 'You can never have enough yellow balls', we recommend doing the exercises at the same time with both hands - the strengths can be chosen differently, each adapted to the skills already acquired. In order to increase the level of difficulty, it is advisable to order the next intensity(s) at the same time.
