The Floss Band® (also called Voodoo band or Ninja band) is a compression and resistance band to support the muscles and relieve pressure on the joints. It can be used on all areas of the body where a short-term increase in compression is possible. Individual pressure points can be set by tighter and looser wrapping. Since all flowing streams are interrupted during tight wrapping and high pressure is exerted at the same time, the band should not be left on for longer than one to three minutes.
It is also advantageous to practice can be carried out with a float band in place. Flossing can be used actively, assistively or passively.
