bevorzuge das grüne Bank von Dittmann für das Beinmuskeltraining. Rot nehmen die hochaltrigen gerne. Flexibles arbeiten für Arme und Beine möglich. Ein leichtes Handgerät für die Sporttasche. Grade in Coronazeiten für kleines Geld anzuschaffen.
