Product information "Dittmann Basic Most Wanted Tube Set"
The proven original for your demanding workout! The Dittmann Basic Most-Wanted Tube Set offers you three robust resistance bands made of high-quality natural latex with sturdy plastic handles. With three selectable resistance levels, you can target specific muscle groups with the ideal intensity. Nothing stands in the way of an efficient full-body workout to improve your fitness and core stability!
Highlights at a Glance
- True Progressive Resistance: Dittmann Tubes are specifically designed for smart training. Unlike many standard bands, they offer a highly progressive resistance profile—meaning the pulling force continuously increases as the latex tube is stretched.
- The 3 "Most Wanted" Strengths: Contains the three most essential resistance levels—Yellow (light), Green (medium), and Red (strong)—for a perfectly customized workout targeting all muscle groups.
- Hygienic Plastic Handles: The handles are securely connected to the band and made of robust plastic. They are non-porous, meaning they do not absorb sweat, and can be easily wiped clean and disinfected after use.
- Durable Natural Latex: The highly stretch-resistant material is engineered for maximum longevity and guarantees a smooth, joint-friendly force transmission.
💡 Tip for Smart Training:
Often, it is much more beneficial to repeat an exercise with a lighter resistance than to push yourself to the limit with a band that is too strong. Use the different levels strategically and "play" with the tension. The goal is not to snap the tube, but to continuously build up resistance and, most importantly, actively control the return movement (the eccentric phase).
