The super bands offer you a build-up of resistance throughout the entire length of the pull, so that your muscles receive impulses even in the final position of the movement. Barbell and dumbbell training can be simulated in a very small space, but also classic ones Exercises such as barbell curls, neck presses, upright rows or even squats can be optimized with the Strongband. Explosive training is perfect as a partner exercise: your partner holds the band and you work dynamically against it.
You can also use the superband to support pulling. Example of pull-ups: As a beginner, you are often not able to overcome the dead point when doing pull-ups. This changes quickly with the use of the super tape. To do this, simply attach the Superband to a secure pole. Then you hook yourself into the downward-pointing loop with your knee (bent leg for less pulling support) or with your foot (straight leg for more pulling support). The pull-up session can begin because the band now takes on a larger or smaller part of the work during the movement, depending on the pull strength.
Finally, effective pull-up training is possible for everyone.
For pull-up support when doing pull-ups It is important to choose the right tension strength. For example, if you have a body weight of 50 kg, then it makes no sense to use a superband with a strength of MEDIUM/Level 3 (= 54 kg). This band would support your entire body weight.
The calculation would be:
Body weight (50 kg) - Tensile strength (54 kg) = Resistance to be overcome (= - 4 kg)
The negative value shows you that the band would hold you completely and you would no longer be able to do any work.
At the pulling strength XLIGHT/Level 1 ( = 12 kg), on the other hand, you would have to overcome 38 kg (50-12) yourself. So that would be a pulling strength that would be suitable for you.
