The Original Franklin balls are mainly used for mobilizing the joints and activating the Muscles used. In addition, a cupping effect triggered by the depressions supports the stimulation of the skin and the underlying tissue. Of course, standing on the balls also trains sensorimotor skills and coordination. When tapping with the balls, proprioception and body awareness are trained.
The original Franklin Ball from the well-known Franklin Method® has proven to support the entire musculoskeletal system. Pelvic floor exercises, back training, Pilates, yoga exercises, etc. can be easily implemented. This very grippy Original Franklin Ball with a unique, special uneven honeycomb structure trains perception and ensures a pleasant massage feeling during foot reflexology and other forms of movement.

Note: The material of the original Franklin balls stretches after a while under high stress . As the material expands, the balls become softer. These can then be inflated again as desired using a ball pump with a needle valve. The original Franklin balls can be cleaned with a gentle dishwashing liquid. Please do not use disinfectants, but clean with water and dry well, as the ball surface can be damaged and become brittle more quickly!
