About the Franklin balls:
The original Franklin balls are mainly used for mobilization of the joints and the Activation of the muscles used. In addition, a cupping effect, triggered by the depressions, supports the stimulation of the skin and the underlying tissue.

Note: The material from the original Franklin Bä ;lle stretches after a while under high stress. As the material expands, the balls become softer.
