1 pair of OLIVER handles and a toilet anchor are the practical tools for expanding your training with tube and band at home.
The OLIVER handles serve as an ideal complement to your resistance and strength training, as in combination with tubes, body bands and loops they ensure more comfortable use and you get more and targeted strength can practice. All you have to do is simply pass the band or tube through the small end loops and tighten it.

Die Griffe sind sehr nützlich zum besseren Greifen. Man spart sich das um die Handschlingen. Um den Türanker sicher und unfallfrei zu befestigen ist Kreativität gefragt. Ich habe daraufhin zusätzlich den von Theraband bestellt. Ist sicherer und einfacher zu befestigen.
