The OLIVER Balance Pad PRO  - a balance pad that does what it promises: application-related flexibility of the material while at the same time optimized material robustness.
The multi-layer structure and the surface structure have been further developed to ensure these two properties. The more marbled look means that the inevitable signs of wear are not as noticeable.

In order to optimize stability, responsiveness and, last but not least, the overall balance, a balance pad was developed that ensures targeted, slight sinking enabled.
The unstable phase thus achieved is immediately responded to by a reaction in the joint-stabilizing muscles.
To put it technically: Proprioceptive performance is increased.
Practically explained: Wobbling is not only allowed, but even desirable, because depending on the workout, the shoulder, knee, ankle and hip joint muscles are strengthened or relieved and the torso is stabilized.

TIPS:
In addition to the usual standing exercises to train your balance, the Balance Pad PRO is ideal for protecting your knees when standing on all fours or relieving the strain on you when doing push-ups you hold it sideways.
For comfortable training, we also recommend a mat as a base, but this is not a must. Advanced users can also combine the balance pad with other devices (swing bar, barbell, resistance devices such as tubes, Therabands or body bands, Rubber-O or the elastic band).

To use the product as much as possible To protect against signs of wear for a long time, please take into account the following information:

• The exercises should always be carried out barefoot or with socks, and in any case without shoes.
• Please do not step on the edge of the pad.
• Please do not press your fingers into the pad.

Due to the advantages of the elastic material, signs of wear may occur which do not cause any restrictions in the exercise routine. There is no reason for a complaint.
In the current version, a stronger marbling of the surface was chosen so that the signs of wear are not as visually apparent. A product development to further optimize the balancing act between the functionally important softness and the necessary robustness.
