The original OLIVER Rubber-O (also called Miniband, Loop or Rubberband) is the pioneer among fitness bands and is perfect for effective, intensive full-body training.

Which resistance do I choose?
The choice of resistance should depend on the exercise and your own Skills must be adapted, and not every muscle in the body is equally strong. Therefore: For optimal training results, bands of different strengths are necessary.
The goal is not to 'tear' the band, but rather to train in a measured manner: to give in to the resistance in a timely manner ;and build it up again with awareness be about the color or resistance choice of the Rubber-Os.
Our recommendation: definitely have several resistors at the start, then you can functionally and intelligently training: So even the strongest can work with the lightest resistance...
Here is an overview of the color-coded resistors of the combination:
