Which resistance should I choose?
The choice of resistance should depend on the exercise and your own abilities must be adapted, and not every muscle in the body is equally strong. Therefore: For optimal training results, bands of different strengths are necessary.
The goal is not to 'tear' the band, but rather to train in a measured manner: to give in to the resistance in a timely manner ;and build it up again while being aware of the color or resistance choice of the Rubber-O.
