The elaborately developed OLIVER Tex-O Miniband fitness loop guarantees extremely durable elasticity thanks to its woven-in rubber. The processed textile fibers are exceptionally skin-friendly and glide gently over the skin during your workout. Pinching and pulling on the skin are a thing of the past.
As small as the miniband is, it is remarkably effective for intensive full-body workouts, short warm-ups, and targeted conditioning of small muscle chains.

During development, special emphasis was placed on finding the optimal band length – therapists and trainers chose a longer design, as a flat length of approx. 38 – 40 cm ensures high movement quality. Choosing the correct resistance is also crucial; it must always match the specific exercise variation and your individual fitness level.

Which resistance should I choose?

The choice of resistance should be adapted to the exercise and your individual capabilities, as not every muscle in the body is equally strong. Therefore: To achieve optimal training results, bands of different strengths are required.
The goal is not to 'tear' the band, but to train with control: Yielding to the resistance in time and building it up again – while being mindful of your choice of Tex-O color and resistance.
