Oliver Tex-O maxi band
The elaborately developed OLIVER Tex-O Maxiband is an elastic fitness band with 8 loops. The loop band enables intensive whole-body training, a short warm-up training or targeted training of entire muscle chains. The variety of exercises is created by the large selection of combinations of the numbered loops and their use on the hand, foot or thigh. The four outer loops were deliberately chosen to be larger so that it is easy to get started even with sneakers .
With 2 Tex-O bands you have the option of training on the same sides. Additional equipment such as steps, barbells, Pezzi balls or weight bars expand the Tex-O Maxiband training efficiently. It is always crucial that the selection of resistance is sensibly adapted to the respective exercise variant.
Which resistance should I choose?
The choice of resistance should be adapted to the exercise and your own abilities, and not every muscle in the body is equally strong. That's why: For optimal training results, bands of different strengths are necessary.
The goal is to train in a measured manner: give in to the resistance in a timely manner and build it up again - while keeping an eye on the amount of effort be aware, both on the way there and on the way back, and test out which color or resistance choice of the Tex-O is appropriate for the respective exercise.

There are 4 resistances (color-coded) to choose from :
7kg - OLIVER Tex-O - light resistance - color: magenta- for rehabilitation & Therapy, children and seniors, people with limited muscle strength
10kg - OLIVER Tex-O - medium resistance - Color: turquoise - the most commonly used resistance, almost always fits
15kg - OLIVER Tex-O - strong resistance - color: Lemon - here you need a little more strength, for the ambitious athlete
20kg - OLIVER Tex-O - extra strong resistance - Color: Gray - the band for the power professionals among you
